•Chef de Partie: Entry level skill chef with a passion for learning, creating seriously good food and maintaining high standards of kitchen operations.
•Senior Supervisor: Experienced supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent service, and manage staff efficiently and fairly.
The Village Café
•Part-Time Front of House: Enthusiastic individuals to provide top-notch customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
•Commis Chef/Cook: Aspiring and dedicated chef/cook to assist in food preparation, a step on the ladder into the brigade for further opportunities in our other businesses.
La Piazza
•Part/Full Time Front of House: Friendly and efficient individuals to engage with customers and ensure a pleasant & fun dining experience.
•Trainee Pizza Chef: Exciting opportunity for trainees to learn the art of pizza making and grow in the business.
Congresbury Arms
•Commis Chef: Dedicated and keen to develop and learn chef to assist in food preparation and delivery.
