All guests must be over 18 years of age. maximum number of guests per room is two. Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days before the arrival by 2pm are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice. Pets cannot be accommodated.
